At JDS1 Marketing, we prioritize delivering high-quality marketing services tailored to meet your business goals. Our fulfillment policy outlines our approach to service delivery, refunds, and cancellations to ensure transparency and trust with our clients.

Service Fulfillment:

• Upon agreement, JDS1 Marketing will provide the outlined services in your service agreement, including SEO, marketing consulting, backlink strategies, and any additional services purchased (e.g., website development, CRM services).
• All services are delivered according to the timelines discussed in our project milestones, ensuring clear communication and regular updates throughout the process.

Refund Policy:

• We do not offer refunds on services that have already been rendered, including strategy sessions, consultations, or any partial work completed as part of a project.
• If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to reach out to us within 7 days of project completion to discuss possible solutions.
• In cases where the work is not yet started, refunds may be granted minus any administrative or processing fees.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel at any time. Any work already completed will be billed accordingly.
• For long-term contracts, early cancellations may be subject to additional charges as outlined in the service agreement to cover the cost of resources already allocated to the project.

Delivery of Digital Services:

• For digital marketing services such as SEO and content strategy, our delivery timeline will be based on mutual agreement. We ensure all deliverables are provided promptly, with regular updates on progress and results.
• For ad campaigns or ongoing SEO services, regular reporting will be provided based on the service level chosen.
