How much of my time does onboarding take?
Very little. You tap through the wizard in a few minutes, give us access with the checklist it builds, and join a 15 to 25-minute kickoff. After that, your ongoing job is reading your update email, approving what we send, sharing your wins and answering your leads.
What happens in the kickoff meeting?
It's 15 to 25 minutes. We make sure we have access to everything we need, answer your questions and walk you through the next steps so you know exactly what we're working on.
What accounts do you need access to?
It depends on your service and setup, and the wizard shows exactly which ones. Usually some mix of Google Analytics, Search Console, your Google Business Profile, your website, your web host, your domain company and your ad accounts. You add us as a user, so you stay the owner of every account.
What if I don't know my logins?
Very common. Tell us what you do know (who built the site, who you pay for hosting) and we'll help you track down the rest.
How do you keep me in the loop?
Depending on your plan, you get a weekly or monthly email showing what we did and why. Every one has a link to book a call. You can reach us anytime, and depending on your plan we set up a regular cadence of marketing meetings.
Do I need a new website for SEO?
For our standard plans, yes. Every 12-month plan runs on a JDS1 High-Performance Website: half off on Foundation, included free on Growth and Authority. Doing SEO every month on a site we don't control takes hours of development work, and that cost would land on you.
What if I want to keep my current website?
Great, we'll work with your site. You'll be on the 30-Day SEO Sprint or a custom plan priced for your site, since our standard plans are built around our High-Performance platform. It works; it's just a bit like playing DVDs when you could be streaming. You can switch anytime.
How do I send you my logo and photos?
Share a Google Drive folder with jds1marketing1@gmail.com, or reply to your checklist email with attachments. Real photos of your team and work beat stock every time.
When will I see results?
Websites launch in 2 weeks when you hit three turnarounds: design feedback within 24 hours, copy approval within 48 hours, and all your logos, photos and videos in the shared folder within a week. For SEO, we fix the foundation first, so early wins often show in the first 60–90 days and growth compounds over the 12 months. Ads start bringing data within weeks and usually settle into stable performance over 60–90 days.
